SNI® TeleBANKING provides an effective telephone banking solution without compromising on any of the security, procedures or controls that characterize the SNI® suite of products. SNI® TeleBANKING is a Windows NT® based solution for any PABX/TRUNK supporting analogue extensions and standard tones.
SOLUTION OVERVIEW
SNI® TeleBANKING will answer a call on one of its ports and will read a list of options to the caller in the language of their choice. The Caller responds using the Tones on their telephone handset and the system reads the results back.
The system will enable you to offer your clients an alternative method of gaining access to banking in a cost-effective way. This should reduce banking-hall and ATM queues without the need for a computer and modem which is the traditional home-banking method. All your client needs is a telephone capable of Touch-Tones (most phones today are capable of both Pulse and Tone). The net result is an excellent service to your clients and should result in cost reductions in the medium term in terms of teller staff etc, banking hall size etc.

PRIMARY FUNCTION SET
- BALANCE ENQUIRY - provide the balance on an Account. (This will be by far the most used option) or all accounts and the total.
- ORDER CHEQUE BOOK - Order a cheque book.
- STATEMENTS - Order a statement or hear a verbal mini-statement.
- BILL PAYMENTS - Pay a predefined account (Eg. Electricity, Rates etc…)
- ACCOUNT TRANSFER - Move money between linked accounts.
- LOST ATM Card – Report a lost or stolen card and order replacement.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION – A menu of different information.
- CHANGE PIN – change your Telebanking PIN.
Caller uses a PIN number to access services.

Functionality offered must be supported on the host banking system in order for it to be made available via SNI TeleBANKING.
